Transactions between you and MarutiHouseDesign shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without consideration of laws regarding conflicts of interest. Any legal disputes related to this agreement or transactions between the customer and MarutiHouseDesign, or any legal or equitable action arising from or relating to these agreements or transactions, shall be exclusively filed in the Competent Courts of Indore. The customer hereby agrees, consents, and submits to the jurisdiction of such courts for litigating any such action.
